Igles Corelli
Born in Argenta in 1955, Igles Corelli started working in the culinary field in the late '70s by opening
his first restaurant, Il Trigabolo di Argenta, which earned him two Michelin stars and a third one Ad honorem upon its closure.
In 1996, he opened the restaurant Locanda della Tamerice in Ostellato, which achieved significant success, earning him a Michelin star. In 2010, he opened his third restaurant, named Atman, initially located in the center of Pescia, where
it received a Michelin star after just 10 months of operation. Since 2015, the restaurant has been relocated inside Villa Rospigliosi in Lamporecchio, maintaining the star.
Corelli has appeared on various television programs such as Unomattina, Linea Verde, and L'Italia sul 2, and he also appeared as a guest in the final episode of the sixth edition of MasterChef Italy. He also hosts the segment "Il gusto di Igles" on the Gambero Rosso Channel.
